SOLUTION
SAUCER is an nfc payment device for paying bills at restaurants. it enables users to pay/split bills using various mobile payment methods. after payment users are given the option to leave feedback about the service. unlike other means of leaving feedback after a service, SAUCER feedbacks are contextualized to the time and place. this makes the feedback tangible so chefs and managers can easily act upon them.
