I am an industrial designer and design strategist who works where innovation begins — from early concept through mass production.
My experience spans hardware at NETGEAR, innovation strategy at McKinsey & Company, and exhibit design at the Exploratorium. My work bridges physical product design and digital user experience — where the most interesting problems live.
For me, education is design. I created PMFA, a framework for translating complex, often abstract challenges into physical, participatory experiences. I have presented at the SEGD Academic Summit, published research in Communication + Place journal, and taught design at Drexel University.
I am guided by one goal:
to inspire meaningful moments of interaction.
